Provides a placeholder for derived classes to add custom logic after an item has been inserted into the associated collection.

collection
The collection that is associated with this updater.
index
The index of the item that has been inserted into the collection.

Exception Type Condition
ArgumentNullException A a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) was passed as the collection argument value.
